  We just published a "Lessons learned_DCI" document. This Excel file provides a consolidation of the lessons learned across all participating projects. It is based on the final reporting delivered to the programme and serves as a high‑level overview.

  For detailed insights, specific nuances, and project‑level context, we invite you to consult the individual Lessons Learned documents shared by the project teams (can also be part of their open source final report).

  A sincere thank‑you to all project leads who have already made their lessons learned publicly available as requested. Your openness directly strengthens collective learning and helps the entire community move forward faster and more consistently.

  We also encourage the remaining project leads to share their documents so that the full set of experiences, challenges, and best practices can be reused by others across the ecosystem.
