This call aimed to scale digital tools or practices developed within the Data Innovation and Data Capabilities programs, with a focus on interoperability between hospitals and healthcare providers. The selected projects are listed in the attached document. The dissemination of the results of these projects will also take place via this Gitea environment.

Lessons learned_DCI Stable

This Excel file provides a consolidation of the lessons learned across all participating projects. It is based on the final reporting delivered to the programme and serves as a high‑level overview.
For detailed insights, specific nuances, and project‑level context, we invite you to consult the individual Lessons Learned documents shared by the project teams (can also be part of their open source final report).
A sincere thank‑you to all project leads who have already made their lessons learned publicly available as requested. Your openness directly strengthens collective learning and helps the entire community move forward faster and more consistently.
We also encourage the remaining project leads to share their documents so that the full set of experiences, challenges, and best practices can be reused by others across the ecosystem.
