Welcome to Woundcap's Wiki.

The project (developed by Dermatoo) aims to strengthen wound management—both inside and outside the hospital—by providing a mobile application for monitoring and collaboration, fully integrated with the EHR.

Main objectives:

Identify the patient using the common Master Patient Index (MPI).
Capture the condition of the wound (photo/video) and objectively track its evolution using AI‑assisted measurement.
Complete the assessment with a clinical description.
Generate a PDF report and integrate it into the EPR via HL7 FHIR.
Facilitate supervision and collaboration between teams involved in a patient’s wound care.
